What can I use custom merch for?

Our custom clothing is ideal for charity events, fundraising, exhibitions, trade shows, running and sports events, clubs, teams, promotional campaigns, business events and more.

Is there a minimum order?

Printed clothing can be ordered from just one garment. Embroidery is available from 6 embroidered garments. Larger eligible branding quantities unlock lower per-item branding prices automatically.

Can I mix T-shirts, polos, hoodies and other clothing?

Yes. Build the combination you actually need and mix sizes across your order. Eligible identical branding applications are combined across compatible garments when the builder calculates your branding quantity rate.

Can I order different sizes?

Yes. Choose the exact size split you need for participants, volunteers, staff, supporters or your team. You don't need to order the same size across your quantity.

Is print or embroidery better for merch?

Print is our recommended option for most event and promotional clothing and works particularly well for detailed and multi-colour designs. Embroidery gives a premium stitched finish and is available for eligible branding from 6 embroidered garments.

Do I need to upload my logo or artwork before ordering?

No. Build and place your order first. Afterwards we'll contact you for your logo or design, prepare the artwork and send you a proof showing exactly how everything will look. Nothing goes to production until you've approved it.

What if my artwork isn't print-ready?

No problem. Send us the best version you have after ordering and we'll check it before production. If we need anything else, we'll contact you while preparing your artwork proof.

Can you print clothing for charity and fundraising events?

Yes. You can create clothing for fundraisers, charity runs, volunteers, campaigns, supporters and event teams, from small groups through to larger events.

Can you produce clothing for exhibitions and trade shows?

Yes. Branded T-shirts, polos, hoodies and outerwear can give your exhibition team a consistent look and help your organisation stand out throughout the event.

Can you print clothing for running and sports events?

Yes. Our range includes options for races, running clubs, sporting events, participants, organisers, volunteers and supporters, including lightweight performance clothing.

Will I see the design before it's printed?

Yes. We'll send you an artwork proof showing how your branding will look before production. Nothing is printed or embroidered until you've approved it.

How long does my order take?

Standard service is 10–14 working days, Fast is 5–7 working days and Express is 3–5 working days. Turnaround begins after artwork approval. Orders containing embroidery use Standard turnaround.
