5 Apps For A Better Business In 2019
5 Apps For A Better Business In 2019.
We all want an easier and more productive business life and key to that is time management, communication and organisation. Lucky for us in this modern age we can improve all these areas with apps downloaded in seconds.
If you are a busy person, an entrepreneur seeking help with productivity and self-management, having a great business app could save you from everyday battles. Be it Android or iOS, these business apps make sure you execute operations 24/7.
We have compiled a list below of our favourite apps for you to use in 2019 to become more productive and more profitable.
Asana fulfils all your business communication requirements with much improved seamless collaboration. Teams of users can add tasks, assign them to team members, set due dates for completion, comment and share relevant documents. Notifications on the status of tasks – and looming deadlines – are sent to a user’s inbox.
Available in desktop and mobile versions this free software is something that we personally use with our team daily and I can't emphasise enough just how much difference it made to our day to day running of Print Chimp
Used by some of the biggest companies in the world Hubspot brings all your marketing and communication into one system.
You can view and manage leads through various business funnels, conduct communication with partners and evaluate campaign performance and strategy using this app.
Hubspot offer both free plans and paid plans but their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) they claim is free forever.
Finances are life the blood of any business and for non accountants it can be a boring tedious task. Many accounting softwares over complicate things and make the task much harder than it has to be.
In mid 2018 at Print Chimp we changed our accounting software over to Pandle and we couldn't be happier with the service. Pandle offers many of the features that Quickbooks or Freshbooks offers including automatic feeds, VAT Returns and much more. Available for both Limited Companies or Self Employed users.
Free plans are available but Pandle pro is available for just £5.00 per month which for the automatic feeds alone is worth the investment.
4. Paypal Here
The most used payment provider in the world has upped their game massively with their portable payment system since the competition heated up from companies like square. Paypal here card readers are available for just £45.00 and now include contactless payments.
Simply download the app to your phone or tablet and pair the card reader with your device and you are ready to start taking payments on the go. Ideal for businesses who take payments on the go.
Finally and possibly most importantly is Mailchimp. Did you know it can cost as much as 10 times more to get a new customer than it does to sell to an existing customer? Mailchimp allows you to add all those customers who have signed up for email updates into your list to keep in contact with them.
Some companies abuse this channel with nothing but offers and trying to constantly sell things but the trick is a balance of valuable helpful content, company news and offers that might interest them.
There is an initial learning curve with Mailchimp but there are plenty of video tutorials online to help you get started. If you choose to use any of these 5 apps I would suggest Mailchimp as good email marketing will have the biggest impact on your business.
All the apps above we use at Print Chimp on a daily basis and we have found all of them to be really useful and have improved our productivity and organisation 10 fold.
Hopefully this post was informative and helps you improve not just your business life but your personal life too Comment below and let us know your thoughts and if you think it could help others then please share it.
